Google Refines Quality Score. What Should I do?

Google has refined the qualityGoogle has refined the quality score formula as part of its ongoing process to better match user search queries with more relevant ads. The changes are

1. Quality score will be calculated dynamically
2. Keywords won’t become inactive for search
