Google Refines Quality Score

Google has refined the quality score formula as part of its ongoing process to better match user search queries with more relevant ads. The changes are

1. Quality score will be calculated dynamically
2. Keywords won’t become inactive for search
3. Minimum keyword bid will be replaced by First page bid
