Traian leads all SEM and conversion rate optimization projects and is extensively involved in the development strategy of Pitstop Media. Traian often changes his role to help his team achieve their clients' goals and to over-deliver ROI based results. He enjoys being involved with every client as much as he likes reading about and keeping up to date with the latest research on search engine marketing and conversion optimization. Siva helps clients define and implement online marketing campaigns delivering solid results. He oversees the management of paid search advertising campaigns for various clients, and is responsible for achieving the campaigns' deliverables and goals and assuring a higher return on investment. Siva is also actively involved in the sales and marketing activities of Pitstop Media. He has been with Pitstop Media since its inception. He holds a bachelor degree in graphic design. Bogdan turns his designer's personal vision into designs where graphic ideas, web usability and accessibility creates successful visual solutions. Mandie has spent the last 15 years as a Human Resources professional, providing consultative and hands-on services to multiple industries including retail, sales, manufacturing, banking and finance, and pharmaceuticals. She has held technical and executive level positions in union and non-union environments, helping organizations achieve success through effective people practices.
Mandie is a Certified Payroll Manager (Canadian Payroll Association) and Certified Human Resources Practitioner (BC Human Resources Association). She holds a Senior Management Certificate in Human Resources from the BC Institute of Technology, and has recently completed a Masters degreen from Royal Road University, specializing in Intercultural and International Communication.
